H1P3 Dance Group has in the past primarily held auditions for those wanting to dance, work on projects and perform on stages with us. Due to COVID-19 we have modified how we do business and are now allowing for online auditions year round with a 3 month probation period if you make it through auditions.

If you are a minor OR still answer to your guardians we require 100% consent on their behalf before you may begin dancing with us.

Can I Join The Group as a Permanent Member?

At this moment, the only way to permanently join the group as a full member will be to sign up through the form and get accepted to film for multiple dances, as well as actually appearing in multiple videos.

We have rolled out a brand new internal vetting process, that will allow us to pick members who mesh well with us as a team as this is the biggest priority.

If your intention is to join permanently in the future these are the things we are looking for: Personality, work ethic, receptiveness to critique, improvement, and dance capability

What to expect when you have filled out the Google Form:

Monthly emails detailing the next project(s) with time stamps on a video for the audition to be considered.

Failed: Further communication will not be rendered.

Passed: You will receive another email, outlining what to expect in the coming month as the project proceeds.

COVID-19 Protocols:

We want everyone to be safe, so we ask for transparency if we have never worked with you before. Before you can partake in a project, you will be required to test negative for COVID-19. We will help you find a free rapid testing center. *if you have received a vaccine, please provide documentation to be exempt.

When not dancing, everyone will wear masks and sanitizer will be required.

We ask that if you feel sick in the midst of a project, you stay home.

If have you been exposed, please quarantine for CDC recommended time or until you have tested negative.
